To prepare the detox water
Step 1 Wash thoroughly and cut the fruit into thin slices
Step 2 Place the fruit in a glass pitcher or individual mason jars if not making a large quantity.
Step 3 Fill the pitcher or chart with your favorite type of water. And mix gently (I love purified or alkaline).
Step 4 Allow the fruit to infuse in the refrigerator over night or longer.
